自愈大于治愈
Balancing body, mind and soul to allow the body to heal itself

The philosophy of traditional Chinese medicine considers Man as an element of the universe, influenced by energy coming from both the Earth and the Cosmos. She considers that the human body has its own abilities to rebalance itself. Everyone is therefore capable of improving their situation.

These energies can also be actively rebalanced, for example by doing meditation (introductory course) and Taiji.

As a TCM practitioner, I follow this philosophy in my therapies and help my patients rediscover these abilities through various tools such as needles, moxibustion, plants, light, even time.

Progress of a session
During the first session, I start by establishing a holistic assessment of health, both physical and mental. To do this, I assess various aspects of the patient's condition, including pulse characteristics, tongue, symptoms, and emotional factors.

Based on this assessment, I give advice to the patient in relation to their lifestyle. For their condition to improve, it is essential that the patient collaborates with me. I then decide of the treatment. This can either consist of a single type of treatment or be a combination of several treatments, such as acupuncture, guasha, herbal medicine, moxibustion, cupping or massage.
Traditional Chinese Medicine and me

I was born in the south of China, where the philosophy of Traditional Chinese Medicine penetrates in the daily life, such as the fact that the Chinese like to drink lukewarm water and not cold water, in order not to lose body energy to heat this water inside the body.

I physically felt “Qi” (energy) for the first time in college during Tai’Chi classes. This convinced me of the reality and power of energies on the human body in relation to Nature and the Universe.

I initially trained in Western medicine and worked in a hospital and then an orphanage in my hometown before leaving China in 2000 for Germany. This first part of my life allowed me to acquire practice and basic medical knowledge.

I met my husband in Germany and followed him to Switzerland where I hoped to continue my work in the medical field. As the Chinese diploma in Western medicine was not recognized in Switzerland, two options were open to me: either study TCM in a private school in Switzerland, or follow new training in the paramedical field. Given our financial situation at this time in our lives, I chose to study dental hygienist and then worked in various dental practices in Lausanne and then in Dubai.

This experience taught me the importance of human contact, both physical and psychological, as well as the impact of the Environment (nutrition, personal situation, positive/negative energies) on each person's health and well-being. This confirmed to me that the Human Being must be considered in relation to the Universe and its Energies. All this pushed me to want to deepen my knowledge in psychology and personal development, such as neuro-linguistic programming as well as Chinese metaphysical practices such as Fengshui and Bazi.

Finally, in 2016, I returned with my family to China, to Shanghai. I decided to continue on this path of relationships between Man and the Universe and to do the studies that I had not been able to do in Switzerland: I followed the complete MTC training for five years at Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. I finished my studies with a Bachelor's Degree in TCM in 2022 and after a year of internship in a hospital, the Chinese medicine license allowing me to work as a TCM doctor in China.

In China, I practiced TCM and traveled to different regions of China to follow several TCM masters to perfect my technique and approach to patient care. Being aware of the importance of the interdependence between physical and psychological health, I followed training in psychological care in TCM.

Back in Switzerland, with the benefit of a dual Chinese and Swiss culture, I decided to promote TCM and its philosophy by putting my skills at the service of my patients.
